Some screen-packs will decrease the size of the slots/cells too much if you add too many, you can play around with the size a bit, but sometimes it will not make a difference, even if you increase the size of the cells. You may want to play around a bit with the amount, size and position of slots, until you get it the way you want. Ok, that's the size for your slots, so you have to make it small enough for all the slots to fit on the screen, but not too small that you wont be able to see the character's icon. If that´s the case, you may not need any further adjustments, but you may decrease the cell size too much. Some screen packs reduce the cell size when the character select grid is moved further to the left. You must take it from that position and adjust accordingly. The position is counted from slot one, on the far Top,Left. The first number is the Horizontal position, and the second number is the vertical position.īaring in mind that 0,0 is smack bang in the middle of the screen, but 0,0 it is not in the center of the slots. T his is the position of your selection boxes, so when you are happy with the amount of slots, you must center it to the screen. This is taxing however, since it will go off the screen. This time you will have to multiply 20x12 to find out the number of slots you have. That's 20x from left to right (horizontal), and 12x up to down (vertical) columns. Let's add the amount of rows and columns you see on my example. Baring in mind that each row and column is multiplied times the number you add.įor instance, let's say you initially have 10 rows and 2 columns, this makes 10x2=20, so you have 20 slots in total. You can change them to whatever amount you want. Those are the amount of slots that are in your select screen. (The one you are currently using) and scroll down to find this: Still, just in case, go ahead and make a copy of your f. I shouldn't have to tell you, that first of all it would be a good idea for you to backup your f on a different folder.
Reminder: You have the option to change the screen pack's Select Screen style by opening.ĭon't worry much if you don't, I will also show you how to decrease the size of the slots, so you can fit more. The International MUGEN Tournament (MUGEN 1.0 Screenpack) by Acey. Capcom Fighting Evolution Max (Original Lifebars) By. This screenpack have like 5000 slots and this screenpack was made by Cadrham 76 downloads (3 reviews) 0 comments Submitted February 24, 2018. Well, I will show you how to do just that, but first you need to ensure that the Screenpack you are using has enough space to add more slots. f (default) = 51 slots | f (big) = 210 | f (extra big) = 660 slots total. So you want to increase the number of characters you can use in Mugen huh?
go to data, mugen.cfg (same method as Update 1) but rename data/ClimaxSacrifice/f to data/ClimaxSacrifice/f then save. ( UPDATE 2 ) - this screenpack contains 51 slots (default) 210 (big) 660 (exbig) if you're wonder how to choose or change the slots size that you want it's very simple to do. once you change this line motif = data/mugen1/f / just rename it like this motif = data/ClimaxSacrifice/f. ( UPDATE ) - In case some of you are confused that there's 2 files it's because the mugen 1.1 beta is the main mugen you're going to need to make this screenpack to work so the other one called MUGEN The Climax Sacrifice Motif.rar goes to the data folder of mugen 1.1 beta unzip it and change the mugen.cfg in the data not in ClimaxSacrifice folder but in the normal one that appears in the data down below. also make sure to read the "read me" in MUGEN The Climax Sacrifice Motif.rar.
I'm adding a default mugen 1.1 latest beta so you can install this screenpack yourself. this is the screenpack i always used for my mugen. Literally the best screenpack for 1.1 I've found.
